Refund policy

BODY CARE
Due to the nature of our products & ingredients, we do not accept returns.
If your product arrives softened/melted, you can put it in the fridge to solidify (Texture may change but products are still very useable)
Refunds will not be given for soft/melted products. We do not use fillers or preservatives in our products, so if you live in a warm climate, please keep this in mind. 

ART
Art, cards, ornaments & gift tags can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Products must be in their original condition to receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
