Due to the natural butters & oils, textures may change depending on temperature.
Products may melt/soften in warmer climates, which is out of our control.
Please be aware that your product may melt/soften during shipping (Or if left in your hot car, or bag), if you live in a warm climate.
Refunds will not be given for melted products.
You can STILL use your products if this happens.
If your product melts, simply put it in the fridge, or a cool spot.
