Turmeric, cinnamon, ginger & cayenne have anti-inflammatory properties & have a soothing & WARMING effect (along with clove oil) + Eucalyptus & Mint essential oils have a natural COOLING effect on your sore body. 
This formula uses NATURE to dull your body's pain receptors & soothe those achy, sore muscles...without any icky ingredients!

HOW TO USE:
Warm a little balm in your hands (a little goes a long way, start small!)
Massage into sore/achy muscles to relieve pain from strenuous activities like exercising, long hikes, yoga, jogging, chronic pain, arthritis, etc.
Big Stick is very convenient if you do not want to get your hands involved.... simply roll some on!

NOTE- This balm is not safe for children. Keep away from your face. Wash your hands well after applying.
Cayenne/Turmeric may stain clothes/linens (I recommend having "sore muscle" Clothes/Linens that you wear when you use this balm).
